Glory of the Horde

petting photo After the defeat of the humans at the human city of Lordaeron, the horde had won a great victory, many of the great heroes of the alliance were slain in this battle, and the sacking of almost all the other major human cities resulted in a near total victory for the horde. But, there still remained several pockets of resistance in the cities of Gilneas, Stratholme, Kul Tiras, Hillsbrad, and Tyr's Hand.

The human forces of the Alliance have fought a desperate war for the last ten years after the fall of Lordaeron against the Oricsh Horde. The young king Arthas Menthil leads the survivors of humanity in the isolated city of Stratholme, while King Varian Wrynn carries on the legacy of the great warrior Lothar, leading the Alliance forces located in Tyr's hand. In the Axis of Steel, which is the name of the alliance of Gilneas/Kul Tiras/Hillsbrad the great king Genn Graymane continues to fight valiantly to reclaim the lost lands of humanity, under his banner, the remnants of the arcane mages of Dalaran now serve the Archmage Kel'thuzad who is now in the service of Genn Graymane. On the isle of Kul Tiras, Tandred Proudmoore fights on in the name of his fallen brother and father to defeat the Orcish horde who seeks to wipe humanity from the very earth itself. But, unbeknown to the Alliance, the greatest boon to their cause may not come from their own strength of arms, but from within the Horde itself.

The demon Mannoroth under the command of Kil'jaeden has taken total control of the orcs of Draenor, deeming this planet soon to be conquered in the name of the Burning Legion. Many demon forces now bolster the ranks of the Orcs, to the defiance of the great Warchief Ogrim Doomhammer. And, so the stage is set for the great Orcish Civil War, and the 3rd Great Orc, and Human War. The stage is set, and maybe young new heroes will rise to lead their perspective nations to victory, or will the last spark of all that is good be extinguished, and the demonic forces of the Burning Legion achieve a total victory? Only time will tell what the fate of humanity, and the world of Azeroth is.
